Before you buy plants for your indoor garden from a local garden nursery, find out from the nursery staff which plants need plenty of direct sunlight or light. If you can find plants that grow quite well with a reduced amount of light and water, then there would be less work for you.
You can either buy garden containers at the garden nursery or recycle old containers for your organic indoor garden. For example, you can use 4L ice cream containers, large coffee containers, unused plant containers that you can get from your friends or neighbors.
All you need, is plenty of growing space in a container for your plants. You may look at using a combination for your indoor garden, where you buy garden containers from the garden nursery and use other containers to grow additional plants.
